
Caroline is a non-profit finance professional, empowering clients to improve their financial management practices.
Caroline's background is in complex bookkeeping, with more than 20 years’ experience working with a variety of small and large businesses. In addition to being a bookkeeping specialist, she also has experience across a range of wider accounting functions, including monthly reports, budgeting and cashflow reports.
Prior to joining Purpose, Caroline worked in the hospitality industry, managing large volume bookkeeping functions. She also spent 8 years as the Head of Bookkeeping at a Xero Gold Partner company, with a large client base, including NFP organisations. She has experience managing teams of bookkeepers, both in Sydney and overseas.
Caroline’s extensive experience has finely tuned her skills in managing multiple tasks in parallel; meeting tight deadlines; and working effectively in high-pressure environments. She has worked extensively with bookkeeping and HR software, including Receipt Bank / Dext; KeyPay; Employment Hero and other Cloud based systems.
With a passion for serving NFP sector, Caroline has now expanded her focus into the client management area, where she can more actively guide clients in financial best practice and strategy.
Caroline holds a Bachelor of Business & Hospitality, and is a registered BAS Agent, with Xero and Payroll Certification.
