Caroline Crawford

Caroline has more than a decade of experience in accounting and bookkeeping practice environments, working with a variety of small and large businesses, including many NFP clients. She has experience managing teams, both in Sydney and overseas.

During her time at Purpose, Caroline has managed a range of accounting functions for clients, including monthly reports, budgeting, reporting and audit support. She has also led projects to implement new accounting and expense management technology for clients.  

With a passion for serving NFP sector, Caroline has expanded her focus into the client management area, where she can more actively guide clients in financial best practice and strategy. She now leads the delivery of a range of services for several clients.

Caroline’s extensive experience has finely tuned her skills in client service delivery, meeting tight deadlines; and working effectively in high-pressure environments. She has worked extensively with accounting, bookkeeping and HR software, including Xero, Calxa, Dext; KeyPay; Employment Hero and other Cloud based systems.

Caroline holds a Bachelor of Business & Hospitality, and is a registered BAS Agent, with Xero and Payroll Certification.
