Caroline is a CPA-qualified Senior Accountant, with a passion for helping non-profits to strengthen their financial management.
Caroline has over 15 years’ experience supporting organisations with their management accounting, financial reporting and business advisory needs. She has spent a number of years in practice environments, and is well accustomed to servicing a diverse set of non-profit clients, across a range of sub-sectors.
With prior experience in Financial Controller positions, Caroline has strong skills in financial analysis, and the communication of financial results to management teams and senior stakeholders. Her experience has also provided her with an excellent understanding of the budgeting and forecasting process.
Caroline has additional expertise in the preparation of financial statements and taxation matters. This work has built her skills in critical thinking and attention to detail, and has strengthened the focus she brings to compliance and audit matters within her role.
Caroline is also a registered BAS Agent.
