
Cher is an NFP bookkeeping professional, with a strong dedication to serving clients that bring value to the community.
Cher has over 15 years’ experience across finance and office management roles. Prior to joining Purpose, she managed complex bookkeeping operations in commercial organisations in Tasmania. Her experience also included office management for a non-profit organisation, which led to a strong desire to support the NFP sector going forward.
Her expertise ranges from the full payroll and bookkeeping functions, through to financial reporting and compliance.
Cher holds a Bachelor of Accounting & Financial Management, and Xero Payroll certification. She is also proficient with Dext Prepare and other accounting add-on software.
Alongside her core skillset, Cher brings additional expertise in finance systems implementation, and business process improvement, with previous success managing accounting system transitions.
Cher is highly organised, with a fantastic eye for detail, and a strong focus on accuracy and compliance. With prominent customer service experience through her career, she has also built excellent client service and communication skills.
