Mai is a CPA-qualified senior practitioner, with over 10 years’ experience in non-profit financial and management accounting.
Mai has over 10 years’ experience in financial and management accounting roles with non-profits, working across the fundraising, aged care and social services sectors, with diverse experience across SME’s and large organisations.
She has a broad range of expertise in financial and management accounting, including budgeting, forecasting, analysis, and compliance. With strong analytical and problem-solving skills, Mai is focussed on strengthening financial practices and improving efficiencies for her clients.
Accustomed to operating in high-pace environments, Mai is well-practiced in delivering high-quality outputs, to tight deadlines. She is motivated to continually advance her professional skills and she has a life-long learning attitude.
Mai also has a diploma in auditing, which increases her effectiveness in preparing and guiding our clients through their audit.
As one of the Practice Leads within Purpose, Mai coordinates company-wide processes to maintain excellence, compliance, and to be at the forefront of regulatory change. Alongside this, she acts as Senior Accountant to a range of client organisations.
