Ning is a CPA-qualified finance leader, with deep experience supporting the non-profit sector to increase its social impact.
Ning is a CPA-qualified senior practitioner, with over 15 years’ experience in the non-profit sector. She has a comprehensive understanding of the complexities and challenges of the sector; its unique legislative and compliance requirements; as well as NFP funding arrangements.
Prior to joining Purpose, Ning’s experience was in public accounting, working with non-profit clients within the childcare, education, technology and community sectors. Her many years in the sector have given Ning high-level expertise in financial strategy, budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting functions.
In recent years, she has moved further into the delivery of advisory services, working closely with senior management and executive stakeholders to help guide financial decision-making at a strategic level. Ning is a reliable and trusted adviser to her clients.
Ning is also a Xero Certified Advisor and a registered BAS agent.
