He has a strong track record of collaborating effectively with stakeholders, including executive and Board level partners, to improve financial performance and ensure sustainability.
Paul is passionate about using financial insights to enable purpose-driven organisations to grow sustainably and deliver impact. Prior to joining Purpose, he spent 7 years as CFO at a non-profit early childhood education organisation. This strengthened his deep understanding of industry-specific issues, including NFP legislation and funding matters.
Earlier in his career, Paul held senior finance roles in the commercial sector, where he built high-performing teams, led major system migrations, and delivered significant operational improvements within Finance functions.
