Tatjana is passionate about helping purpose-driven organisations build robust, sustainable financial foundations. As the Outsourced CFO to a portfolio of non-profit clients, Tatjana works closely with senior management to support strategic financial decision-making.
Tatjana has over 25 years’ experience across the NFP, corporate and professional services sectors in Australia and Germany.
Prior to joining Purpose, she spent eight years with one of regional Australia’s largest social services organisations, where she led financial reporting, budgeting, audit coordination and process improvement initiatives.
She has extensive experience supporting executive teams, Boards and funding bodies with strategic financial management, and has a strong leadership and collaborative approach.
