We recently welcomed two new team members into the Purpose fold.

Arslan Shahid, our Finance Associate, is a Chartered Accountant with experience in public practice, non-profit, Government and private sectors. His focus is delivering insightful financial advisory, supporting organisations to increase performance and sustainability. He has many years’ experience in budgeting, forecasting and management reporting.

Arslan has partnered with all levels of the organisation, from executive stakeholders to Finance Teams, to support financial management and compliance. He has significant experience in large finance systems transformation, leading the implementation of finance packages to enhance effectiveness within finance functions.

Arslan has worked in Australia with a large Community Housing Provider, as well as a large migrant community services provider. He also has international experience with a UN funded project.

Noralie de Luna, our Support Accountant, is CPA-qualified, with over 15 years’ experience across Government and private sectors. Having expertise in both practice and corporate accounting, she is adept at managing multiple portfolios in parallel, for international as well as  Australian clients. Her skillset spans the full range of accounting functions, from management reporting, taxation, audit, budgeting, forecasting, and bookkeeping.

Noralie is always taking on new challenges to support the team and to develop her skills.
